About Us

Cate Campbell and Gillian Scott are both creative mothers of two who have a shared fascination of pregnancy and birth.

Gillian is a qualified antenatal educator who takes classes on the North Shore. Cate was studying to be an antenatal teacher, but has put her studies on-hold due to the demands of looking after a 3 year old, a 1 year old and a business! (Gillian has a busy schedule) Most recently Cate taught English and Drama at Eden Campus, a school for teen-aged mothers.

For the past 2 years Cate and Gillian have been making and finishing belly-casts in their studio in Devonport, Auckland. They found most women chose to have a professional belly-casting as they wanted the end cast to looking stunning – not like a school project.

And so the idea for selling a kit that allowed even the most artistically-challenged woman to create something amazing was ‘born’.

They think pregnant bellies are beautiful – and they love helping Mums-to-be create stunning pieces of art which celebrate their wonderful bellies!
